- The lighting system of five houses was automated with the aim of enhancing the entertainment experience in spaces such as the living room and bar. Smart switches and LED strips were installed, allowing the lighting to be turned on, off, and dimmed through voice control and mobile devices. The installed models were W1W, W2W, W3W, and WT5.

- The security system of four houses was strengthened by installing exterior and interior cameras with the purpose of identifying possible intruders. The models I5 and E8 were installed, which allow remote control and verification of the cameras, as well as sending an alert signal upon detecting the presence of an intruder.
